Xiaomi unveiled Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro for the Chinese market 13.02.2020. For the global market, it was supposed to be announced back in February as well, but the coronavirus interrupted this event. Now we have several very important dates about the presentation and sale of Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro in Europe.
The European launch is knocking on the door
10th generation of Xiaomi’s flagship lineup — we can expect it in Europe in just 2 days. Exactly this Friday, 27.3., an online presentation will take place where we’ll finally learn the European prices. Here are a few important dates you should know:
- 27.03.2020 – Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro launch for Europe at an online conference
- 15.04.2020 – start of sales in selected markets
- 01.05.2020 –start of sales in the Czech Republic (quite possibly also in Slovakia)
We don’t know the prices for sure
A lot is still not being said about the prices. We can only guess, but the actual price will probably be revealed at the presentation. According to the latest reports, the smartphone should be sold in the UK for around 700 to 800 pounds, or 770 to 880 euros.
The Czech site MobilMania lists the following prices for the individual smartphones as well. Again, these are only estimates based on regional pricing policy and the weakening of the crown by 15% over the last 2 weeks.
- Mi 10 Pro 12/512 GB: 27 999 Kč / 1 015 €
- Mi 10 Pro 8/256 GB: 24 999 Kč / 907 €
- Mi 10 12/256 GB: 22 499 Kč / 815 €
- Mi 10 8/128 GB: 19 999 Kč / 725 €
