Xiaomi has once again surprised you with a new product that has started selling via the Chinese platform Youpin. It’s an interesting cooling device for making delicious ice cream.
On hot summer days, it’s a very practical device that can make delicious homemade ice cream in just 40 minutes.
Quality build and a minimalist design
The dimensions are 355 x 260 x 226 mm and the total weight stated by the manufacturer reaches 7.2 kg. The device design looks very minimalist. Available in a white matte color.
Inside, the unit has a container with a 1-liter capacity. The container is made from high-quality 3003 aluminum alloy. This material helps prevent the formation of any ice crystals and is very easy to clean. The device capacity is enough to produce 500 grams of ice cream at once.
Homemade ice cream in 40 minutes
The advantage over other ice cream makers is an innovative compressor that is 75% more efficient than other semiconductor compressors. Thanks to that, this appliance can prepare 500 grams of tasty homemade ice cream in 40 minutes with a maximum noise level of 60 dB.
Another advantage is that it doesn’t require pre-chilling before use. The manufacturer has also worked on the cooling, so the appliance can run for long hours without noticeably overheating.
On its surface, there’s a small glass cover, giving you access to the inside in case you want to add extra ingredients for making ice cream.
The device has three usage modes: ice cream making mode, ice cream whipping mode, and cooling mode for already made ice cream.
The price is interesting
The price of this new ice cream maker is 1099 yuan, which is 133 EUR / 157 USD in conversion. It’s currently available only for the Chinese market.
