The POCO brand is already carefully preparing to unveil a new series for the global market. According to the latest information, the POCO X7 Pro model should be a rebranded version of the Chinese Redmi Turbo 4. Thanks to these updates, we can already reveal what these upcoming devices will be equipped with.
We know what specs the POCO X7 Pro will offer
After the smartphones POCO C75 5G and POCO M7 Pro, which were recently launched in India, models from the POCO X7 and F7 lineup will head to the global market. The POCO X7 Pro variant will most likely feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset.
At the same time, it’s expected that the POCO F7 will be the global version of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. It will offer a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Elite processor. More details are available only about the POCO X7 Pro.
You can expect a 6.67-inch LTPS OLED display without curved edges, with a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. On the back, there will be two cameras – a 50 MP main sensor with OIS and an 8 MP secondary. The front “selfie” camera will offer a 20 MP resolution.
Up to 12 GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512 GB of fast internal storage of UFS 4.0 type will be available. The phone will also impress with its battery – it will reach a 6550 mAh capacity and won’t disappoint with support for 90 W charging.
The POCO X7 Pro will have a plastic frame with a glass back. The security feature in the form of an in-display fingerprint scanner will be implemented directly under the screen. We expect these new devices to stand out mainly for their aggressive pricing policy, considering the hardware being offered.
This is what the POCO X7 will look like
To make things even better, the 91mobiles portal also revealed a “cheaper” version of the new-gen POCO smartphone, so it’s called POCO X7 5G. It will be available in the same color variants and in memory configurations of 8 + 256 GB and 12 + 512 GB.
Honestly, the design of this model is a complete copy of the Chinese Redmi Note 14 Pro, which will be rebranded for Europe as the POCO X7 5G.
