Viomi has unveiled a brand-new air conditioner that stands out with an unconventional futuristic design with geometric shapes. The project was developed with renowned designer Matt Arquette. The air conditioner also impresses with a modern transparent display located at the bottom. +
Besides that, this air conditioner also has 4 advanced air flow modes. Operation via the Mi Home app is of course included.
Futuristic design and 4 air flow modes
At first glance, this new Viomi air conditioner will impress you with its unusual geometric shapes, giving it a fresh, modern look. The manufacturer focused on a refined air-flow system—thanks to that, you get up to 4 air flow modes.
- Horizontal air flow
- Wall-along air flow
- Air flow at different angles (effective for quickly cooling the room)
- Air flow from all four sides (pleasant cooling of the room without intense blowing)
AI voice assistant support and Mi Home
The Viomi air conditioner comes with a built-in voice AI assistant, so you can control it with voice commands—for example, from the comfort of your couch or bed. Support for the well-known Mi Home app is also included.
Eco-friendly and quiet operation
The manufacturer also focused on keeping power consumption as low as possible. They claim the consumption should be up to 29% lower compared to standard air conditioners on the market. You’ll also appreciate the very low noise levels, ranging from 18 to 42 dB depending on the mode used. What’s interesting is that the air conditioner has a special self-cleaning filter, which at high temperatures can kill most bacteria.
The volume of circulating air is up to 650 m³/h. Surface efficiency is up to 21 m². The dimensions provided by the manufacturer are 947 x 332 x 245 mm. The weight of the indoor unit is 13.5 kg. The outdoor unit weighs 26 kg. In addition to cooling, the air conditioner can also be used for heating the room.
Right now it’s available only on the Chinese market for a price of 2799 yuan, which is about 358 euros after conversion. Availability on the global market is currently unknown.
