Massive suction power
Compared to the first NEX model, the new vacuum cleaners bring multiple major improvements. The new models offer higher suction power up to 26 500 pa, while the motor power 435 W has been retained.
The average suction power of traditional large household vacuum cleaners is around 20 000 pa, so the new Roidmi vacuums are far above average.
The powerful Engine X-2.0 motor with 120 000 revolutions per minute delivers suction force up to 150 W; this is an increase over the previous model by 5 W.
It is complemented by a strong battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh / 72 Wh, which powers the device for up to 70 minutes on a single charge. It charges in about 2.5 hours in the magnetic dock.
The dust container volume has also increased from the original 400 ml to a nice 550 ml, which, according to the manufacturer, is enough to clean an area of up to 450 m².
OLED display with notifications
Let’s look at the differences between the NEX 2 and NEX 2 Pro models. There aren’t that many, and the biggest difference is the integrated display included in both models. While the NEX 2 uses an LED, the Pro model features an OLED panel.
The display on both vacuum cleaners shows the necessary information, such as the battery status, filter status, or error notifications in real time.
Both vacuum cleaners can be synced with a mobile phone app via Bluetooth. That way, the user can directly check the current battery status on the smartphone display, as well as filter clogging and more.
Roidmi NEX 2 come in white, while the Pro version is also available in gray.
High-quality filtration and lots of accessories
The Roidmi NEX second-generation vacuum cleaners are supplied with a quality multi-layer filtration system HEPA. The vacuum cleaner body is made of multiple parts, and the manufacturer also includes a wide range of accessories with them.
This includes a large rotating brush, a water tank with a mop, a small rotating brush for mites, a small dust brush, and much more. The Pro version additionally has a brush for cleaning pet fur.
