Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra for the global market are just around the corner

March 2, 2025. This is the date when the presentation of the top models from Xiaomi for our market will take place. Naturally, the focus will be mainly on the best-equipped smartphone in the company’s lineup, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

It will bring 6,73-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120 Hz a refresh rate. It’s protected by a durable glass Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0.

At the heart of the new device won’t be anything else but the Snapdragon 8 Elite. You can look forward to a rich camera setup, including a 200 MPx telephoto lens. The other three sensors will have 50 MPx resolution, while the primary sensor will be as large as 1-inch. That means it can capture significantly more light even in demanding conditions. We’re already looking forward to testing its ability to shoot evening photos.

The front “selfie” camera will offer 32 MPx. You can charge the battery with a 5410 mAh capacity using 90 W wired charging, or 80 W for the wireless alternative. There will be a powerful memory version with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB, or up to 1 TB of internal storage.

All the hardware will be housed in a 9.48 mm thin body with a total weight of 229 g. There will also be an interesting design variant reminiscent of a retro camera from Leica, which worked with Xiaomi on the quality of the resulting shots from the deployed sensors.
