Xiaomi surprises us again with another new product. On Youpin’s portal pages, there appeared a heated scarf that can warm up to 55 °C.
With winter coming, this is definitely an interesting thing that will make every time outdoors in cold weather more enjoyable for you.
High-quality cotton and fast heating
This new heated scarf was created in collaboration with Flexwarm. It is filled with cotton and its surface is made of high-quality fabric that feels pleasant to the touch. Its size is 81 × 10.5 cm and weighs 161 grams. It comes in two color options: pink and black-gray.
Inside, there are several flexible foils that form an advanced thermal system capable of reaching the optimal temperature in just a few seconds. Thanks to a regulator hidden under the scarf’s fabric, you can set the temperature you want.
The heating system lets you choose from three pre-set values: 42 °C, 48 °C, or 55 °C. Heating supports blood flow in the throat, improving blood circulation and reducing muscle pain.
Up to 6 hour battery life
For operation, the scarf uses a small battery capable of providing up to 6 hours of continuous use. It charges via a USB port that is well hidden under a cover.
You can charge it, for example, with a power bank. The scarf also has IPX8 certification, so you can safely wash it in the washing machine.
Great price
The price of this new heated scarf is 299 yuan, which is about 37 EUR / 44 USD. For now, it’s sold only in China on Youpin’s website. Soon, however, it will also start being sold through international sellers. We’ll monitor availability closely and keep you updated.
