Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has officially introduced a new product in the form of its first hot-air fryer, the Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer. It offers a capacity of up to 3.5 liters, is made directly for Europe, and you can use it to prepare a truly wide range of recipes.

The Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer is also available in a global version, designed specifically for Europe. It includes an English display as well as a connection to a European server in the Mi Home app.

This new intelligent fryer lets you cook various types of food—including fried dishes—without having to give up healthy eating.
The Xiaomi Mi Smart Air Fryer model comes to Europe with a 3.5-liter capacity and can also bake, defrost, make yogurt dishes, and of course it includes oil-free cooking with a lower fat content.
The hot-air fryer also comes with intelligent features—remote control via your mobile phone. This way, you can schedule its operation, delay the start, and time your meal preparation, for example, for when you get home.
The main advantage of this fryer is its 360-level hot-air circulation. This allows you to “fry” food with minimal oil and without splatter, even with a crispy crust—for example for meat dishes.
The maximum temperature of this fryer is up to 200°C, but there’s also a low-temperature mode. You can set it from 40 – 80°C. This mode is ideal for slow cooking and defrosting ingredients.
A 3,5-liter container is made from double non-stick PTFE material, which not only improves heat distribution but also makes it extremely easy to clean. You’ll also like the added rack, where you can bake, prepare chicken wings, or even grill steaks.

The mentioned connection to your smartphone is provided via the well-known mobile app Mi Home, and remote access is then made possible thanks to the integrated Wi‑Fi connection. The app also offers more than 100 intelligent recipes using a wide range of cooking modes. There’s also a dedicated cooking mode for adding practically any dish.
Xiaomi’s new fryer supports scheduling the start up to 24 hours ahead. That way, you can prep the ingredients in advance, and when you return from work, you can come home to fresh, hot food.
A small OLED screen with digits also helps with control. With these presets, you can start different baking modes or program the start time. In addition, selected parts of this product are also dishwasher-safe.
