An unusual FM transmiter
As the name already suggests, the primary function of the Ez more Ti20 FM transmitter is to transfer audio from external devices to the built-in car audio system. The transfer works on the principle of FM radio waves at a single frequency 87.50 mHz.
As a music source, you can use your smartphone—connection is via Bluetooth—or even a USB flash drive.
For pairing, you can use the USB connector type QC 3.0, or USB Type-C, or the wireless interface Bluetooth 5.0.
After successful pairing, you can listen to music from your smartphone through the FM transmitter on your car’s audio system, get navigation voice prompts, and even make phone calls. That’s because Ez more Ti20 is also equipped with a DSP noise-cancelling microphone.
What’s exceptional is gesture control, which you simply perform with your hand in the air above the device. This is possible thanks to a technology called TOF optical pulse. With an air gesture, you can switch between tracks, add or reduce the volume.
Similar gestures are built into the most expensive cars, for example from BMW, but with this gadget you can have the same feature for a small price.
A practical upgrade is that you can simply detach the upper part of the module that senses gestures and place it anywhere in the vehicle so gesture control is comfortable. This module also has a built-in battery with a capacity of 90 mAh.
Another function is charging. With Ez more Ti20 you can charge your smartphone—also using wireless technology.
There’s also support for fast wired charging with a combined power output of up to 36 W. The rated input range is 12 – 24 V, and the rated output can be 5 V – 3 A, 9 V – 2 A, or 12 V – 1.5 A.
To wrap up, we’ll mention that the Ez more Ti20 FM transmitter is made of metal combined with ABS plastic. Its dimensions are 35 x 30 x 79, 5 mm, and the weight is only 85 g.
The device includes several safety features, including overheat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and protection against electromagnetic interference.
