Amazfit only recently unveiled 3 new models of its smartwatches. However, this year isn’t over yet, and soon we can expect a rugged model called Falcon.
Talk about the Falcon model started already in May this year. Back then, we saw its design for the first time, but we knew it under the name Amazfit Vienna. It should be again a great price-to-performance ratio.
A high-quality AMOLED panel and a massive design
With this model, Amazfit is design-wise more in line with Garmin’s competition, as they will offer a truly massive body. They also share something with the sibling T-Rex 2.
According to the leak, the front should feature a 1.28-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 416 x 416 pixels, which should reach up to 1000 nits of brightness. The display will also be passively protected by a massive metal bezel around its entire perimeter.

The watch will likely score big with the Zepp Coach virtual trainer and the ability to connect external measuring devices such as a chest strap. Good news also includes syncing data with Strava and Adidas Running.
Durability 20 ATM and two-week battery life
Together, it should be able to measure up to 150 sports activities using a dual-band GNSS module with navigation features, directly in real time. Water resistance should be up to 20 ATM. Of course, it will measure heart rate, blood oxygenation, stress and other parameters.
The internal setup will include 32 MB of RAM and a 4 GB storage for music or apps. You’ll connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth 5.0 technology.

A lot is expected also from the battery, which should have as much as 500 mAh in this model. In normal use, it shouldn’t be a problem to reach two full weeks.
The Amazfit Falcon smartwatches will run on the ZeppOS operating system. It’s truly advanced, and you’ll also find installable apps as well as the option to reply partially to notifications.

We should officially get to know the Amazfit Falcon smartwatches as early as 13 October, so make sure you remember that date if the watch really appeals to you.
