In March 2023, Amazfit introduced its new smart watch Amazfit GTR Mini. As the name suggests, it’s going to be a smaller model, but it still has plenty to offer.
The Amazfit GTR Mini are currently the smallest round smart watches from the manufacturer. They’re mainly aimed at women or men with a smaller wrist circumference, where the classic GTR feels very bulky.

Smaller, but still an attractive model
Specifically, the dimensions are 42.83 x 42.83 x 9.25 mm and the weight is 24.6 grams. The display is protected by durable tempered glass, the bottom is made of plastic, and the sides are made of stainless steel, so the model looks very elegant.
It will be available in three colors: Midnight Black, Misty Pink and Ocean Blue. It also features 5 ATM certification. On the right side, you’ll find one physical button, which also works as a rotating crown for navigating the Zepp OS operating system.
A high-quality AMOLED display and GPS module
The main highlight is the 1.28-inch AMOLED display with Always-on. Its resolution is 416 x 416 pixels, which results in a fine 326 ppi. Amazfit, as usual, doesn’t provide details about the processor used or RAM memory.
Amazfit GTR Mini can measure more than 120 sports activities, with up to 7 of them being recognized automatically. The great news is that there’s also a GPS module.
The BioTracker sensor on the underside of the watch measures your heart rate, blood oxygenation, stress and sleep. There’s also a special PAI metric. The Zepp app is used for setting up and pairing.
A solid battery life and a friendly price
Inside the watch you’ll find a battery with a capacity of 280 mAh. The manufacturer states that battery life with normal use should be around 14 days; with heavy use, it will be about a week. Charging takes about two hours.
And what about the price? It’s currently set at 129.90 euros. This isn’t an overly high price, so you can be sure this model will find its fans.
