Professional health and energy monitoring

Helio Strap offers 24/7 heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation, stress, and sleep quality. The new BioCharge™ feature analyzes your energy throughout the day and adjusts your score based on recovery, activities, and stress.

With BioTracker™ 6.0 PPG technology with 5 photodiodes and 2 LEDs, you get extremely accurate readings. All data is also processed neatly in the Zepp app.

Unlike standard trackers that work only during activity, Helio Strap continuously records data even during sleep or rest—no need to wear a watch. The entire Amazfit ecosystem is designed to complement each other and prevent gaps in monitoring your health.

Strong battery life and sports-ready equipment

Inside this lightweight fitness band weighing just 20 grams, there’s a 232 mAh battery. Battery life reaches up to 10 days, so you don’t have to worry about charging every day. Charging is done via a magnetic charging head included in the package.

You get 27 sports modes, including strength training with session, rep, and break tracking, HIIT, Pilates, yoga, and also the official HYROX mode for competitors.

In the Zepp app, you can also use the PeakBeats™ feature, which provides advanced analysis of training load, effectiveness, VO₂ max, and a recommended recovery time.

Maximum compatibility and connection with the ecosystem

Helio Strap pairs via Bluetooth 5.2 and BLE, and works with Android devices 7.0 and above or iOS 15.0+. Synchronization with apps like Strava, adidas Running, TrainingPeaks, Google Fit, and Apple Health is also supported.

The equipment includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, and a temperature sensor. That way, you can also use the band when connected to external devices like a cycling speedometer, wattmeter, or cadence sensor.

Quality build and comfortable wear

The Helio Strap body is made from a durable polymer reinforced with fibers, which is water-resistant up to 5 ATM. The 100% nylon strap is equipped with a hook-and-loop fastener for easy fitting and wide adjustability (145–205 mm). The band is 22 mm wide, and the package also includes a magnetic charging head.

In terms of design, the band keeps a sporty look and comes in two color options—black and white/gray. Dimensions of the body without the base are 33.97 x 24.3 x 10.59 mm.

Price and availability in Europe

Amazfit Helio Strap is already available in selected European countries, for example in Germany for €99.90. We don’t know yet about availability in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, but sales will definitely start soon.
