Exceptional in appearance and durability

Among the smartwatches from the best-known manufacturers, you would be hard pressed to find similarly “military”-styled watches. Huami spotted this gap in the market and brought an extremely durable Amazfit T-Rex model for all adventurers.

The new T-Rex model catches your eye at first glance. Its strength is highlighted by a robust look in military – colors. The watch dimensions without the strap are 47.7 x 47.7 x 13.5 mm and the weight is 58 grams, including the strap.

They will be available in five color versions – Gun Grey, Rock Black, Camo Green, Khaki, and Army Green.

But their durability is not just for show, because the watches have undergone extreme tests. They have 12 different military certifications confirming their extremely durable design.

They are suitable not only for hobby adventurers, but also for professionals in the harshest conditions.

According to the manufacturer, this “tank” among smart watches can operate in temperatures from 70° C to -40° C. The watch was also subjected to a 240-hour humidity and heat test and a 96-hour acid spray test. After all that, it kept working.

Not only durability, but also top-tier features

Amazfit T-Rex are built in such a way that nothing prevented the manufacturer from fitting them with a fine AMOLED panel with a size of 1.3 inches and a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels. The outer Gorilla Glass 3 protective glass has an anti-fingerprint coating. The “Always-on Display” function is also available.

In addition to timekeeping, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, and a step counter, the T-Rex also feature up to 14 sports modes. There is also swimming tracking, enabled by the 5ATM water resistance rating.

The watch also comes with a high-end GPS chip from Sony, featuring dual satellite system functionality, which makes location tracking even more accurate and faster. The sensors also include a 3-axis accelerometer, geomagnetic sensor, and ambient light sensor.

They also include other standard smartwatch features, including weather forecasts, event reminders, incoming call notifications, received SMS alerts, and app notifications.
