The expected Redmi 10X has appeared in more official photos. It really looks great

In less than a week, the Chinese company Redmi will introduce a new lineup of Redmi 10X smartphones for the domestic market. The 10X series phones are set to bring a big boost to the mid-range, mainly from the performance side.

Besides the official launch scheduled for 26 May, we currently also have official photos of the new models available. Design-wise, they noticeably resemble devices from the Note 9 series, although we can still spot a few differences.

High performance, elegant design

Thanks to the latest posted information about the 10X series smartphones from Redmi, we can take a look behind the scenes at the design and overall build. Even though the phones don’t break away from the trends for year 2020, the style is definitely there.

The 10X series smartphones will come in both 4G and 5G versions. Both variants will likely offer four color options. You’ll be able to choose from turquoise blue, purple, gold, and white.

The back will be home to a set of four cameras, which clearly draw inspiration from the recently introduced Note 9 model lineup. Looking at these photos, you might wonder where the fingerprint sensor is located.

The answer is that nobody really knows yet. So we’ll have to wait for more details. What we do know right now is that the 5G Redmi 10X smartphones will be powered by the newly unveiled MediaTek Dimensity 820 processor.

It should offer performance comparable to an excellent mid-range Snapdragon 765G processor. This model range also confirms that Redmi wants to keep focusing on devices with a great price-to-performance ratio.

One of the elements that will differentiate the new Redmi 10X smartphones is the placement of the front selfie camera. Instead of the center cutout used on Redmi Note 9 smartphones, it will be located in the well-known teardrop notch.
