Not long ago, specifically on July 21, 2020, OnePlus introduced its long-awaited smartphone called OnePlus Nord. Competition of course isn’t resting, and we can already see the first reports about POCO X3 NFC.
The new POCO smartphone should come as a direct response to the competitor’s excellent phone, which has enjoyed unbelievable success. Thanks to the first certifications, we already know a few details about the upcoming device.
POCO X3 NFC
Since every smartphone needs to be registered in various certifications and databases before it’s launched, some information is starting to surface. For now, we know that the POCO X3 NFC will carry the model number M2007J20CG.
Thanks to the IMEI certification, we can confirm the model designation of the new device. At the moment, you can also find renders online showing what the smartphone might look like, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet. However, the rest of the specs haven’t stayed shrouded in mystery either.
NFC, a large battery, AMOLED
Based on the currently available information, the POCO X3 NFC should, as the name suggests, include a NFC chip. Since it’s meant to be a competitor to the OnePlus Nord—which also has NFC—this implementation is essential.

The new device will be powered by a battery with a capacity of 5160 mAh, which, together with good optimization, should provide multi-day battery life. Fast 33 W charging will also be included, following the example of the competitor.
The front of the smartphone should feature an AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. An increased refresh rate is again a very important factor if the new POCO wants to stand its ground in the fight.

The device should use the same chipset as the Nord model. The powerful Snapdragon 765G will offer enough performance and also be battery-friendly, plus support for the latest 5G networks. For now, that’s all from the specifications.
When the new X3 NFC will be released is still uncertain. Right now, the smartphone already looks great, and the deciding factor will probably be whether you choose a cleaner Android or a more refined—but sometimes unfinished—MIUI.
