Xiaomi has only recently released into the world the Xiaomi 13T series, so it can now fully focus on the upcoming flagship 14 series. At the moment, leaked images of the case Xiaomi 14 Pro have appeared, revealing its design.
This news came from TechGoing. Specifically, the photos show the upcoming smartphone Xiaomi 14 Pro in a case. But they reveal all its sides.
The case reveals all sides of the smartphone
At the top there will be a speaker outlet, a microphone, and an IR sensor; at the bottom there’s another outlet and a USB-C connector. The left side will be completely empty, and on the right side you’ll find only the unlock/lock button and the volume rocker.
On this side there’s one more interesting thing — an unknown connector with pins, but its purpose is currently unclear. Some sources claim the device will come with a titanium-alloy frame, similar to the new iPhone 15 Pro models.
A new camera module
If we focus on the back, it will keep the square module with three cameras and an LED flash. However, nowhere can you see the Leica name, which means the label is hidden under the cover, so it won’t be part of the module itself.
We’ll see whether the back panel surface will be made of ceramic, similar to the Xiaomi 13 Pro model. The display will have the selfie camera located again in the cutout. From the picture, it’s hard to tell whether the display panel will be slightly curved.
This is the expected equipment
Xiaomi 14 Pro should feature a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB of storage.
It will likely come with Android 14 along with the MIUI 15 skin, and a 4 600 mAh battery. Charging will offer 120W wired charging; wireless charging should be 50W.
The cameras will again be handled by Leica, with a 50-megapixel main camera with optical stabilization and a variable aperture, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and finally also a 50-megapixel telephoto lens.
