The combination of top and bottom heating creates an effect similar to a classic pizza oven. Heat is distributed evenly throughout the entire chamber, so the dough is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Thanks to this combination, the oven can achieve a result very similar to traditional pizza ovens used by pizzerias.

One of the biggest technological features is the Dual Heating system. It uses two separate heating elements—one on top and one on the bottom. Together with fast air circulation, they create a stable temperature environment and ensure even cooking from all sides.
As a result, there’s also a feature the manufacturer calls 360° surround cooking. The food is cooked evenly without needing to flip it. With classic air fryer devices, you often have to stir or turn the food during preparation, but in this case, you just add the ingredients and let the appliance do the work.
