Here’s how to set up MMS messages on the Orange network
We prepared a short and simple guide on how to set up the multimedia messaging service on the Orange mobile operator network so it works. Of course, we created the guide for Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones, but it may help other users too.
First, open Settings and go to the item SIM cards and mobile networks. Next, tap Orange SIM card and select Access Point Names (APN).
There, choose the Orange MMS item. If you don’t have this option, tap the + New access point icon at the bottom.
Fill in each item exactly as you can see in the screenshots below. In the Password field, enter: wap
Scroll down and fill in all fields. It’s also important to fill in the MMSC field, where you need to enter the following URL: http://imms.orange.sk. In most cases, this is the only setting needed to solve the entire problem with sending/receiving MMS messages.
Once you have everything filled in correctly, tap the More icon at the bottom and save settings.
From now on, sending and receiving multimedia messages will work.
