The Chinese giant has become famous around the world mainly thanks to an unbeatable price-to-performance ratio. Its favorable pricing policy is also confirmed by the new Xiaomi speaker, which delivers plenty of music for little money.
On sale for a very low price
Popular online retailer Banggood is offering the cheapest Xiaomi Bluetooth speaker. Available for a price less than 10 €.
Tiny, but powerful
Even at first glance, it’s clear this is a small portable speaker whose job is to provide a pleasant and balanced—though definitely not the most premium—sound for various occasions.
The dimensions of the new Xiaomi speaker are 52 × 52.7 x 27 mm, so it can easily find a place anywhere and everywhere. Its compact size is one of the biggest draws.
The front features openings for a driver with a power of 2 W. Even if it doesn’t immediately seem like a top-tier device, the speaker’s sound reproduction is well-balanced and won’t disappoint anyone. It’s perfect for occasional playback.
Pairing with a smartphone is done via a stable Bluetooth 5.0, which ensures better connectivity and is also more battery-friendly. An interesting feature is that the speaker supports the voice assistant XiaoAI.
XiaoAI is an intelligent voice assistant that can handle quite a lot, but it can only speak Chinese, so it’s useless for us. It also brings a perfect synergy with the MIUI interface.
The new Xiaomi speaker is powered by a battery with a capacity of 480 mAh. Thanks to its large capacity, the speaker can play continuously for up to an impressive 6 hours. So you won’t be running out of energy.
The new item is charged using a modern and fast USB Type-C connector. The speaker’s equipment is therefore truly rich, and together with a great price, it’s an unbeatable product.
