The new model labeled Redmi K50 is already really just around the corner, and this time the Chinese manufacturer is teasing the unique design of the upcoming smartphone even before the official presentation. It should feature a special “microcrystalline” surface.
Redmi K50 will bring a unique design as well as a flagship model
Just a few days ago, we learned the official launch date of the new smartphones from the Redmi K50 series. Now, however, the manufacturer itself is giving us a preview of the design language the new devices will be going for. Of course, we’re talking about the smartphones Redmi K50 and Redmi K50 Pro+, which should also arrive on the global market as POCO F4 and POCO F4 Pro, respectively.
Upcoming devices from Redmi’s subsidiary brand should offer a new and unique “nano-crystalline” surface finish. It’s the result of a complex lithography process, and besides the aforementioned pair of devices, it should also be included in a third smartphone from the series, labeled K50 Pro+.
A trio of new POCO models also coming to Europe
According to the manufacturer, the new design is inspired by space. Under an interesting dark shade, devices like Redmi K50, K50 Pro and K50 Pro+ should look much more elegant compared to their predecessors.
Besides the exterior, we can also see the revealed camera module that will be part of the K50 smartphone series. It will be a rectangular module for the rear cameras, containing a circular section with a trio of sensors that are not yet specified in detail. These sensors will be arranged in the shape of a triangle, so this time the manufacturer has slightly played with the geometry.
In the picture above, we can probably see the top model of the series, i.e., Redmi K50 Pro+. It should include a main, up to 108 MPx sensor, paired with a powerful flagship processor MediaTek Dimensity 9000. A model with the same specs should then be introduced for Europe as well, under the name POCO F4 Pro.
