Xiaomi is already working hard to get ready for the global launch of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. There’s already plenty of information about the specs and the expected design of the new device. Now, however, we’ve received photos of the phone’s front side. This is how it should look.
[Updated 18.2.] Xiaomi has shared the first official photos!
The Xiaomi brand profiles on both Twitter and Chinese Weibo have posted the first official, high-quality photos of the expected Xiaomi 14 Ultra. Here are all the detailed press photos:
This is what the Xiaomi 14 Ultra should look like from the front
The photos that have made it onto the internet look very credible and are in high resolution. They give us a more precise look at how the expected flagship smartphone from Xiaomi will look.
The most noticeable change compared to the previous “Ultra” models will be the presence of a completely flat display. Until now, the manufacturer has only used displays with curved glass within this lineup. However, 2.5D curvature across all four edges can’t be ruled out—it would be purely cosmetic and wouldn’t affect usage in any way.
Summing it all up, we expect the Xiaomi 14 Ultra to offer a straight 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology. Beneath the display, there will be a security feature in the form of an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Of course, the manufacturer will use one of the best chipsets for mobile devices right now, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 , paired with up to 16 GB of RAM. 256 GB, 512 GB to 1 TB of internal storage will be prepared for user data.
The primary camera will use a 50 MP Sony LYT900 sensor. There will be a 50 MP ultra-wide lens, 50 MP 3.2x telephoto, and a 50 MP 5x telephoto. The front will feature a 32 MP sensor.
The battery will be characterized by a capacity of 5300 mAh, with support for fast wired 90 W and 50 W wireless charging. The latest Android 14 with the new HyperOS overlay will be preinstalled.
