Global customers—so also the Slovak and Czech market—can look forward to three new Xiaomi devices at once: Xiaomi 14T, 14T Pro, and the foldable Xiaomi MIX Flip model. These smartphones should even start selling as early as next month.
Xiaomi 14T, 14 Pro, and MIX Flip for the global market
Let’s start with a series Xiaomi 14T. Following in the footsteps of its predecessors, it should be based on the Chinese Redmi K70 series. And that Redmi series was unveiled in China last month, alongside a pair of foldable devices MIX Flip and MIX Fold 4.
However, the global 14T model will bring a few changes. It will feature a 6.67″ 1.5K display with a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, and a MediaTek Dimensity chipset is also expected. For the 14T Pro version, even a Dimensity 9300+ is in the cards.
This chip can boast impressive performance on AnTuTu, with more than 2,3 million points. The smartphone will also include a dedicated graphics chip D1, for a smoother gaming experience.
On the back, the Leica logo won’t be missing either. Xiaomi 14T will come with a 50 MPx main sensor Sony IMX 906 with optical stabilization (1/1.56″). In addition, it will also offer a 13 MPx ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50 MPx telephoto lens Samsung JN1.
Xiaomi 14T Pro will offer a 50 MPx main sensor Light Hunter 900 with optical stabilization (1/1.31″), as well as a 13 MPx ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50 MPx telephoto lens Samsung JN1.
Both smartphones build on photography features, but they’ll also deliver excellent water- and dust-resistance, with IP 68 certification. We can also mention a 5500 mAh battery that will support up to 120 W wired charging (probably on 14T Pro).
Let’s take a look at the foldable Xiaomi MIX Flip. On the global market, it should become direct competition to Samsung’s namesake model, the Galaxy Flip. This model is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 3 chip. The main display inside should be paired with up to a 4.01″ secondary panel on the outside.
It will also include two camera cutouts—specifically the 50 MPx Light Hunter 800 main camera with optical stabilization (1/1.56″), and a 50 MPx telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. This model will feature a 4780 mAh battery with support for 67 W wired charging.
Price and availability of the new global Xiaomi smartphones
The Xiaomi 14T series and Xiaomi MIX Flip will be launched on global markets as early as September. According to internal sources from GSMChina.com, the launch is planned for the second week of September.
The smartphones will also come with Google Gemini AI and the Google Cloud platform thanks to a new Xiaomi–Google partnership. We still don’t know the global retail prices.
