The very first smart glasses with artificial intelligence from the Chinese giant, Xiaomi AI Glasses, have gone on sale on the popular marketplace AliExpress. They’re currently available only from the China warehouse, and there’s also a discount coupon from us! The seller offers a version without electric lens dimming, but you have three color variants to choose from – black, brown, and green.

Since their price exceeds the 150 € threshold, if you order them, you’ll need to go through customs clearance, meaning you’ll pay VAT and customs fees. Below, in the price box, we already list the price including VAT, but customs fees may still add a little more.

💡 Version info: Xiaomi AI Glasses are currently sold exclusively in the China version, because there is no global version. The XiaoAI voice assistant works only in Chinese.

Buying on AliExpress for the first time?

This process is done through the AliExpress mobile app, where most people shop. Two things matter: don’t use Buy now and enter the coupon only in the order summary in the Promo code field. After you click Pay now, you can’t add it anymore.

1. Copy the code and click GET THE DISCOUNTIn our article, copy the coupon and click the button GET THE DISCOUNT. The link will take you directly to the product in the AliExpress app.
2. Use Add to cart, not Buy nowOn the product card, scroll down and click Add to cart. Don’t use the Buy now button—this skips the cart, so later you won’t have a place to enter the coupon. Before that, make sure the variant is correct: color, version, and whether it ships from an EU warehouse.
3. Continue to Checkout via the cartA pop-up will appear: Added to cart!—tap Check it out. If it disappeared, open the cart using the icon in the bottom-right corner. In the cart, check the product and quantity, then tap the red Checkout button. Only the items marked with the red circle are included.
4. Fill in your address and card, then look for Promo codeIn the order summary, first enter the delivery address and payment card at the top. Below that, there’s a line Promo code — expand it with the arrow on the right.

   

5. Paste the code and confirm ApplyIn the field Promo code paste the copied code and click the black Apply. The code is case-sensitive and must not contain spaces.

   

6. Check your savings and payIn the section Summary expand the line Saved — you’ll see the applied coupon there as AliExpress coupons/codes. Only when Total is really lower, click Pay now.

   

Apply the discount again in the order summary. After you click Pay now, you can’t add a coupon anymore. If Apply shows an error, the code has either expired, doesn’t apply to your item, or your order doesn’t meet the minimum amount.

Store Coupon also belongs in the same field. — a coupon from the seller itself, which isn’t always available and changes day to day. It can’t be combined with an AliExpress coupon, so try both and go with the one that gives you more. Coins are added automatically.

The glasses weigh just 40 grams, so you can wear them all day without any discomfort. Design-wise, it’s a classic frame with modern elements and an optimized shape for Asian facial proportions.

You can choose from up to three color options — classic black, a semi-transparent caramel “tortoiseshell,” and a stylish parrot green. Xiaomi also offers diopter adjustment, so you can get them customized to fit your needs.

Visually, the glasses look very professional and understated. They’re not some futuristic “tech glasses,” but a stylish accessory you can just as easily take to work or dinner.

The device also works as open earphones. Thanks to the integrated sound output design, you can listen to music, podcasts, or take calls while staying aware of your surroundings.

First-person AI camera: Capture the world through your eyes

One of the standout features of Xiaomi AI Glasses is their front camera, offering a completely new way to capture what’s around you. The glasses come with a 12 MPx Sony IMX681 sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and an ultra-wide field of view up to 105°, so you can nail first-person shots—perfect for vlogging, recording adventures, or everyday moments.

The camera can capture photos in as fast as 0.8 seconds and also supports 2K video recording at 30 fps with software EIS stabilization. There’s support for recording up to 10-minute videos, plus the ability to stream or do video calls directly through 14 popular apps like TikTok, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili—turning your glasses into a portable broadcasting platform.

The camera is integrated to be as discreet as possible, while still delivering top-tier image output in different lighting conditions.

Unique electronic dimming technology

For even more comfort, special versions are available with built-in electronic dimming technology. Just a simple gesture along the side of the glasses, and the lenses darken in 0.2 seconds as needed. They come in both a color and black-and-white version with four dimming levels.

Battery life is handled by a built-in battery that offers a typical runtime of up to 8.6 hours. The glasses support USB-C charging while you’re using them, meaning they stay active throughout even a long workday.

Your personal AI assistant

One of the main features of these glasses is integration with XiaoAi, which serves as your intelligent assistant. Just say a simple command, and you can take photos, record video, get answers to an encyclopedic question, or translate in real time.

Xiaomi is also preparing interesting features, such as the ability to scan QR codes directly through the glasses for fast mobile payments—taking the usability of this gadget to a whole new level.

Price and availability

These smart glasses are currently available exclusively in the Chinese market. The base model costs the equivalent of around €238, while the version with colored dimming lenses is expected to run up to about €357. Xiaomi has not announced any plans regarding their global availability yet.
