POCO became a popular brand especially after the release of the affordable flagship device called POCO F1.
But it took a long time before we finally got its successor in full form. Now the POCO brand is posting on the social network Twitter a return after 265 days of waiting.
Some specs were revealed by the GearBest e-shop
The seller GearBest has already launched an advertising page for the upcoming device. On the page you can find several images that reveal selected smartphone specs that we’re already looking forward to a lot.
The page also hints that the new product will be available for real in the sale very soon.
The promotional page of the popular e-shop requires that buyers who intend to purchase the device provide their email address.
After that, they will get a notification when the new product goes on sale or is available for pre-order. Buyers will also have a chance to win the smartphone for free and get early delivery.
With the label POCO F2 Pro
The upcoming smartphone should hit the market under the name POCO F2 Pro. Leaked specifications confirm that the smartphone will be equipped with, currently, the most powerful processor — an octa-core Snapdragon 865 model from Qualcomm.
This also confirms that it will practically be a “rebranded version” of the Redmi K30 Pro.
The phone will come with a design featuring a display with minimal bezels and top cameras that will be placed in a round shape.
A big battery with support for soon-to-be-specified fast charging won’t be missing.
POCO F2 Pro will be available by default in the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage version, or in a more powerful variant with 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
In the sale it will be available in four colors, specifically purple, white, gray, and blue.
Although the selling price hasn’t been announced yet, based on previous leaks the new device should be sold for €600 to €650.
If the 4G version of the device is also available in the sale, the price could be a bit lower as well.
