Buying on AliExpress for the first time?

This process is done through the AliExpress mobile app, where most people shop. Two things matter: don’t use Buy now and enter the coupon only in the order summary in the Promo code field. After you click Pay now, you can’t add it anymore.

1. Copy the code and click GET THE DISCOUNTIn our article, copy the coupon and click the button GET THE DISCOUNT. The link will take you directly to the product in the AliExpress app.
2. Use Add to cart, not Buy nowOn the product card, scroll down and click Add to cart. Don’t use the Buy now button—this skips the cart, so later you won’t have a place to enter the coupon. Before that, make sure the variant is correct: color, version, and whether it ships from an EU warehouse.
3. Continue to Checkout via the cartA pop-up will appear: Added to cart!—tap Check it out. If it disappeared, open the cart using the icon in the bottom-right corner. In the cart, check the product and quantity, then tap the red Checkout button. Only the items marked with the red circle are included.
4. Fill in your address and card, then look for Promo codeIn the order summary, first enter the delivery address and payment card at the top. Below that, there’s a line Promo code — expand it with the arrow on the right.

5. Paste the code and confirm ApplyIn the field Promo code paste the copied code and click the black Apply. The code is case-sensitive and must not contain spaces.

6. Check your savings and payIn the section Summary expand the line Saved — you’ll see the applied coupon there as AliExpress coupons/codes. Only when Total is really lower, click Pay now.

Apply the discount again in the order summary. After you click Pay now, you can’t add a coupon anymore. If Apply shows an error, the code has either expired, doesn’t apply to your item, or your order doesn’t meet the minimum amount.

Store Coupon also belongs in the same field. — a coupon from the seller itself, which isn’t always available and changes day to day. It can’t be combined with an AliExpress coupon, so try both and go with the one that gives you more. Coins are added automatically.

Reviews from members of our Xiaomi Planet groups:

For our long-term experience with IMILAB cameras, we asked under our post in the group, where you can ask anything you want as well. Hundro Pipo has up to four older IMILAB cameras with 2K resolution at home, and has been using them for three to four years. When asked whether even lower resolution is enough to read license plates, he answered:

Sure, it’s enough—also the 4 plates are readable on the street. I have 3 cameras, but I have to knock—over those 4 years I only replaced one, and on the other the infrared LED stopped lighting up, so I added an external one and illuminate with it. But I’m satisfied. Even some more friends bought them based on my recommendation.

Slavko has this exact camera at home, and he added a fair note about AI person detection:

I have it—it’s great, but the notifications for human detection don’t work very well. In one night I had 11 notifications in the garden, where there were only dogs 😅

From the discussion, it’s worth taking two things to heart. In practice, IMILAB cameras last for years—Hundro Pipo replaced only one during the whole time, and with the next one he only added external illumination. And if animals move around your property, AI detection sometimes classifies them as humans—so in the Xiaomi Home app, fine-tune sensitivity and detection zones so notifications don’t bother you unnecessarily.

Dual sensors with up to 3K resolution

The IMILAB EC6 Dual Pro is equipped with two separate lenses, allowing it to record footage from two different angles at the same time. The advantage is comprehensive control over key locations, where the lower lens offers full 360° motion thanks to automated rotation. This unique approach ensures that nothing is missed and every area is covered.

Each of the IMILAB EC6 Dual Pro camera lenses records video in ultra-high resolution of up to 3K. That means you get even more detailed and sharper footage in the daytime, but also at night. The standout feature, color night vision, automatically switches to the full color range when motion is detected, so you have a clear view of the situation even in low light.

Smart AI features, WiFi 6 and cloud storage

The camera features advanced AI tracking, which recognizes and follows objects such as people, vehicles, or bicycles. Of course, it also includes real-time image transmission via the Xiaomi Home mobile app.

It’s compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants, so you can easily integrate it into your smart home.

The mobile app lets you monitor what’s happening around your property. You’ll get instant motion detection notifications and you can also communicate through two-way audio communication.

Thanks to IP65 certification, the IMILAB EC6 Dual Pro camera is resistant to harsh weather conditions such as rain, dust, and extreme temperatures. It reliably protects your property all year round.

It also supports the latest standard WiFi 6and the option for wired connection via Ethernet (RJ45). This enables MicroSD cards up to 256 GB (not included in the package), allowing continuous local recording.

For those who prefer remote access to footage, cloud storage is available with a 90-day free trial period for new users.
