Small and handy
The 70mai Dash Cam 1S camera has an excellent cylindrical shape and compact dimensions. That makes it less noticeable in the car.
Installation is very easy and takes you just a moment. First, stick the electrostatic pad to the window, and then attach the camera to it. After that, all you need to do is route the power cable and you’re good to go.
Keep in mind, though, that to record footage you’ll need a memory card. The maximum capacity is 64 GB and the card must have the Class 10 parameter.
Great picture
Despite its size, this camera delivers a great image. It has a highly sensitive image sensor Sony IMX307, which can record night videos in excellent quality. It comes with an F2.2 aperture.
It also features a 2 MPx lens and can record Full HD video with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Smart features
70mai camera comes with a G-sensor. It’s useful in case of collision situations. When the sensor detects a sudden change, it starts emergency video recording so the situation is captured. This is the kind of situation it will alert you about.
It also includes a voice assistant. It can understand simple commands like “take picture” or “record video”. That way, you’ll always have your hands free. Commands can only be entered in English.
Connection with the app
This handy camera also includes WiFi, so you can connect it to your phone. Then you can control it using the 70mai app.
You can also watch recordings in real time or download footage from the archive. Of course, the app also includes various camera settings—such as recording quality, audio recording, etc.
LED indicator
On the side, the camera has an LED light around the button that shows you what’s happening.
Blue means it’s the first time it’s turned on. When it glows green, it records the standard recording, and when it’s red, it records an abnormal situation.
It also features a wide 130° viewing angle. So nothing important on the road escapes you.
70mai Dash Cam 1S is a really handy helper for a great price, and you’ll definitely enjoy buying it. We tested the camera ourselves and can only recommend it.
