Only a few days have passed since the launch of the new flagship series from Xiaomi called Xiaomi Mi 11. Even though the smartphones from this series are currently available only for the domestic Chinese market, reports about sales on the internet say they are shattering records.
To be precise, these figures relate purely to the base Mi 11 variant, since the Pro version hasn’t been released on the market yet. Even more remarkable, though, is to look at the sales results that the Chinese giant itself also highlighted.
150 % increase compared to Mi 10
The manufacturer itself shared a poster in which it points to the successful early sales of the Mi 11 smartphone. In just the first 5 minutes after sales began, revenues reached an impressive 1.5 billion Chinese yuan, which after conversion is approximately €190 million.
In other words, the Mi 11 itself is 1.5x more successful in sales in just the first 5 minutes than its predecessors.
