Those who keep a closer eye on the tech happenings around Chinese Xiaomi, will definitely have noticed a lot of news related to the newly prepared Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 tablet series. New information about these tablets is still coming into the world.
The latest leaks have revealed the main specs of all three models from the Mi Pad 5 lineup. We’re already really looking forward to their launch, because even the least powerful model offers genuinely tempting specifications.
Specifications of all three models
On the Chinese social network Weibo, a renowned leaker posted a message saying something about the parameters of all three tablets from the new Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series. We definitely have something to look forward to.
The top model from the trio will offer a powerful processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G together with a 10.95″ IPS LCD display with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The lineup will also include a 48 MPx main camera, 8720 mAh battery, 67 W charging, and a fingerprint sensor on the side of the device.
The mid-range model will, according to the latest information, be powered by the same processor, Snapdragon 870, but without support for mobile networks. The resolution of the main camera sensor will drop to 12 MPx, however 67 W charging will stay the same.
The last third model with the lowest price tag will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor, again a 2K display with 120 Hz, a 12 MPx main sensor, and 33 W fast charging. We remind you that this is only speculation and unofficial leaks that may still change.
The leaker also mentioned an unknown tablet from Redmi’s portfolio, which should come with at least a less powerful processor compared to today’s trio—Snapdragon 768G. But we’ll have to wait for more details.
