The cheaper model, Xiaomi Pad 7, in the base memory version will cost 429 € with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The higher 8 GB / 256 GB variant is expected to be €40 more, and its final price will land at 469 €.
This is a smaller price jump compared to the previous generation, which started at 399 €. For the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro 8 GB / 256 GB edition, you’ll pay 529 €, and for the 12 GB / 512 GB model it’ll be 629 €.
Now that you know the prices, it would be good to also mention the basic specs. Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro will offer an 11.2-inch LCD display with 3.2K resolution (3200 x 2136 px) and a high refresh rate of 144 Hz.
With top brightness of 800 nits, the screen on these tablets will be readable even outdoors. The heart of Xiaomi Pad 7 will be the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, and for Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro you’ll get the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip.
There will also be software optimizations to achieve optimal performance. For example, the initial app launch for apps that aren’t running in the background will be significantly faster. That will come in handy not only for work, but also during everyday device use.
