Only recently, we witnessed the launch of new successors from the popular Amazfit lineup called Amazfit GTR 2 and Amazfit GTS 2. Now, information is starting to appear about the release of a smaller version of the GTS 2 model, named Amazfit GTS 2 Mini.
Thanks to the various certifications that every product must go through before being released on the market, we have available not only the basic specifications, but also the design—how the watch should look. Just from the image, it’s clear that it will be the lighter sibling.
A global version is coming too
More active readers already know the FCC certification well—it’s valid for the United States. From the picture, we can also read the European CE certification, which only confirms the availability of the global version of the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini watch.
From the picture we also know that the certification number is 2AC8UA2018. Based on the published design, we can assume it may be a global version of the Amazfit Bip U. But wait—there’s another player in the game.
In the Bluetooth certification, besides the base model Amazfit Bip U, the upgraded sibling Amazfit Bip U Pro was also mentioned. Their model numbers are A2017 for the Bip U and A2008 for the Pro version. Both devices should come with Bluetooth 5.0 support.
