In today’s article we’ll introduce a new theme for Xiaomi smartphones that will completely change the look of the built-in animations in MIUI. You can also try it on your Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO smartphone.

New theme for Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphones

Even though the MIUI 12 overlay from Xiaomi has fairly noticeably changed elements compared to the original Android system, plenty of users still prefer the next customization option. Directly in the system, in Settings, there’s the Motifs app, which offers a truly wide range of themes from different developers.

Today we’ll introduce a theme called Hello White V12, which is a new and improved version (the app also includes the older Hello White V11). The theme even tweaks animations, for example during loading or when charging. Animations can even be customized.

There’s also a wide range of customization options

This theme also, besides the customization options, offers a new set of icons that are rounded and changed in terms of design. You can see it especially in the icons of built-in Xiaomi apps.

You won’t miss the updated Settings menu, the notification center (only the older version connected to the shortcuts center), and you’ll also like the interesting widgets for time, including seconds, weather, or music controls. A strong point of this theme is also the ability to customize the lock screen.

As for the dark mode, in this theme it’s more like gray. If you want to install this theme, you need to change your smartphone’s region to India. Then, in Settings, inside the built-in Motifs app, you can search for the Hello White V12 theme.
