Just recently, through our website, we brought an article about the upcoming smartphone from the Chinese tech giant called Redmi Note 9T 5G. Official information says the unveiling will take place on January 8, 2021.
Now we have new news that reveals all the key parameters of the awaited novelty.
We know the specs of Redmi Note 9T 5G
On the pages of the German Amazon, the Redmi Note 9T 5G smartphone briefly appeared. Along with the design and color versions, its key specifications were also revealed, matching the upper mid-range tier.
Even though all the reports about the arrival of the Note 9T 5G smartphone were removed within a short time, thanks to active fans of the Xiaomi and Redmi brands, we have them available even now. Unfortunately, the screenshots are of rather poor quality, but for our purposes they are fully sufficient.
As you can see above, the device from the Note 9T family will hit the market in at least two color versions. We should get the more conservative black, but a fresh and at the same time subtle purple should also be available.
As for the specs themselves, the phone will feature a quality 6.53″ IPS LCD display with a resolution of Full HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels), an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, and a punch-hole for a 13 MPx selfie camera. These displays aren’t top-of-the-market, but within their price category, there’s genuinely nothing missing.
MediaTek with decent performance also and 5G
In terms of performance, the smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek processor called MediaTek Dimensity 800U, made using 7 nm technology, and offering 5G network support.
The processor will likely be backed by 4 to 8 GB of LPDDR4x type RAM, depending on the chosen memory configuration, and there will also be no shortage of 256 GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage.
In terms of other parameters, we expect a big 5000 mAh battery that, following the previous Redmi smartphones, will provide multi-day battery life on a single charge. You can also look forward to 48 MPx the main camera, 8 MPx a wide-angle lens, 2 MPx an unknown sensor, 18 W fast charging, or NFC.
According to verified reports from Xiaomi, the official launch of this device should take place already on January 8 at 13:00 our time. Of course, we’ll be following everything live and among the first to bring you the hot news.
