Viomi A9: Powerful stick vacuum cleaner
A partner brand of Chinese Xiaomi, Viomi, is well known for making smart home products. The Viomi A9 vacuum cleaner will round out this manufacturer’s portfolio and impresses with its technical specs as well.
The new model has dimensions of 25 x 23, 5 x 125 centimeters. The weight of the product itself is 3,29 kilograms (1,54 kg in the manual set). The product package weighs 5,2 kilograms.
The construction of this model follows the modular design used by the competition. The base with the electric motor can be expanded with a tube, a multi-functional brush, and a range of different attachments (included in the package) depending on the surface you want to vacuum. The underside of the brush also has LED diodes for extra lighting. You’ll use them especially when vacuuming dark corners of different rooms.
23 000 pa and a 2500 mAh battery
The stick vacuum cleaner includes a powerful 400W electric motor that provides suction power of up to 23 000 pa (or 120AW). The motor reaches up to 100,000 RPM and is also known for relatively low noise levels of 71 – 83 dB (depending on the selected mode).
A big advantage is also the 5-stage filtration, which captures even the smallest particles of dust and germs. There’s also an integrated 2500 mAh battery that provides a runtime of 10 – 60 minutes of vacuuming (3 modes – Max, Standard, and Energy Saving). Charging this Li-Ion battery takes 3.5 hours.
In addition to the product itself and the charger, the package includes a stand for mounting the vacuum cleaner, plus a wide range of accessories and attachments for different surfaces (including a reduction nozzle for vacuuming the sofa, curtains, cars, and more). There’s also a 400 ml dust container that can be released with a single press. The original Viomi battery is replaceable as well.
