Popular Chinese brand Xiaomi is already preparing its upcoming flagship model under the name Xiaomi 12T Pro. And according to the latest leak information, this smartphone should deliver an incredible, up to 200 MPx rear camera.
Xiaomi 12T Pro: 200 MPx camera in the spotlight
Several technology sources have reported that the Chinese company Xiaomi is preparing two smartphones equipped with a 200 MPx main camera. It should be based on an imaging sensor from Samsung. One of these devices is expected to hit the market under the name Xiaomi 12T Pro.
And this smartphone should offer, besides the revolutionary camera, a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with a clock speed of up to 3.2 GHz. What’s more, the device will get a display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, as well as a 5000 mAh battery supporting up to 120 W fast wired charging.
Redmi K50S Pro sibling model and Chinese certification
Based on the Xiaomi 12T Pro device, a derivative device should also go on sale under the name Redmi K50S Pro. It’s also possible that the K50S Pro model will be available only in the Chinese market. However, with the same specs as the 12T Pro smartphone. Both new products should be offered with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage.
For the aforementioned Redmi K50S Pro smartphone, the first information has even appeared on the Chinese certification website 3C (China Compulsory Certificate). And it is the certifications that are proof that the device’s launch is not far off.
The devices should be supplied with the Android 12 operating system. It will also be complemented by MIUI 13 graphical interface from the Xiaomi manufacturer. At the moment, we don’t know any further information about the estimated selling price or the availability of these upcoming models.
More information leaks also talk about Redmi K50i
Alongside the Redmi K50S Pro device, the Chinese manufacturer is also preparing another smartphone from the same series, under the name Redmi K50i. And just like that, this smartphone should be a clone of its sibling devices.
Redmi K50i should be a phone intended for the Indian market, but with its design and hardware it should be the same device as the Redmi Note 11T Pro and the POCO X4 GT. Moreover, we already know the presentation date, which will take place on July 20, 2022.
From the technical specifications of the K50i model, we know it will have an IPS screen with a diagonal of 6.6″ and Full HD+ resolution. This display should offer a high refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. There will also be a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor. And likewise, the device will run Android 12 with MIUI 13. The smartphone will come with a 5080 mAh battery and fast 67 W wired charging.
