Company Xiaomi, at its September press conference, officially unveiled new flagship devices intended primarily for the global market. It’s a pair of devices labeled Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G and Mi 10T Pro 5G. They offer top-tier specs including 5G and excellent photography capabilities with a resolution of up to 108 MPx.
Xiaomi is the world’s fourth-largest smartphone manufacturer and the third in Europe. Among the TOP 5 it’s present in up to 50 countries, and in Slovakia it ranks among the excellent 2 places. For this, we’d like to congratulate them here and now.
Pro version with new prices

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G
The dimensions of the more expensive and better-equipped device Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G are 165.1 x 76.4 x 9.3 mm, and its weight is up to 218 grams. The 6.67″ IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 is also included, with Full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels), HDR10+ technology, and a high refresh rate of up to 144 Hz.
The refresh rate is also intelligent and adapts to the currently active application. This means you can watch videos at 30 or 60 Hz, but games or social media can be viewed at a higher refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. Xiaomi named this technology AdaptiveSync.
In terms of performance, there is a powerful flagship processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+), but also a graphics chip 650, which will help especially with graphically demanding games. This setup is complemented by 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone does not support expansion via a microSD memory card.
108 MPx camera and 5G connectivity
The real highlight of this device is definitely the 108 MPx Samsung HMX 1/1.33″ main camera, which delivers breath-taking creative shots with long exposure, as well as plenty of new modes that let you combine multiple shots into one. You can copy a person in different poses and insert them multiple times into the room—and it’s exactly these kinds of edits that there are more of.
This camera is also complemented by a 13 MPx ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5 MPx macro lens. You’ll also like support for up to 8K video (30 fps), as well as 4K video (30/60 fps).
Xiaomi has also prepared three new dual-video modes. They can, for example, offer a simultaneous shot from the rear and also the front 20 MPx camera, as well as picture-in-picture with your reaction.
The smartphone also includes a pair of loud stereo speakers and a capacitive fingerprint reader on the side.
The manufacturer also thinks about hygiene, and the box will include a case that is highly resistant to bacteria. The specific material captures up to 99% fewer bacteria compared to standard packaging.
In terms of connectivity, there’s also fast 5G connectivity with a high number of channels. There’s also Wi-Fi 6 technology and Bluetooth 5.1, an NFC chip, and an infrared sensor.
There’s also a USB Type-C port and a battery with a total capacity of up to 5000 mAh. The smartphone also supports ultra-fast 33W wired charging from the factory. A fast adapter is included right in the box.

A cheaper alternative is the Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G smartphone. It measures 165.1 x 76.4 x 9.3 mm and weighs 216 grams. It has very similar dimensions to the pricier Pro model. And the technical specifications are very similar, too.
The display is the same as well—specifically a 6.67″ IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, i.e. Full HD+, HDR10+ technology, and a high, smart refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. The color gamut is P3, and thanks to the narrow bezels and a punch-hole in the screen, the display covers almost 86% of the front panel.
On the performance side, we get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 (7 nm+) chipset, the Adreno 650 graphics chip, and 6/8 GB of RAM together with 128 GB of storage. The smartphone does not support expansion with a microSD memory card.
The compromise versus the Pro model comes in the camera. The primary sensor is the 64 MPx Sony IMX682, a 1/1.7″ sensor—unlike the Pro model, where we get a 108 MPx sensor.
The main sensor is also complemented by a 13 MPx ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5 MPx “macro” sensor. 8K (30 fps) video is not missing, and the front 20 MPx Samsung S5K3T2 camera is placed in the screen cutout area.
On the connectivity side, you won’t miss modern and fast 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and also an infrared port. You’ll also get the same 33W fast charging and a battery capacity of 5000 mAh.

In Europe, sales of the flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G will kick off starting from 599 €, in the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage configuration. The more expensive version for 649 € will offer 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. Both versions will be available in colors Lunar Silver, Aurora Blue, and Cosmic Black.
The cheaper variant, the Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G smartphone, will start selling at a price of 499 €, in the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage configuration. The more expensive version for 549 € will then offer 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. This smartphone will be sold in different colors.
Besides the new smartphones, we also got a new fast GaN charger from Xiaomi. It delivers up to 65W and can power not only smartphones and tablets, but also laptops or gaming consoles with a USB Type-C connector. The charger will appear on the retail market at an official price of 29,99 €.
