Today, Xiaomi unexpectedly officially announced the anticipated Xiaomi Mi A3 model. It happened in Spain, where official sales have already started.
The presentation confirmed the previously leaked specifications and the smartphone design, and we also now know the official price for Europe.
Rebranded Xiaomi CC9e for Europe
What was expected has now become real. As the rumors said, Xiaomi Mi A3 is only a rebranded version of the Chinese smartphone Xiaomi CC9e. Of course, Mi A3 comes with full equipment for Europe, meaning it features full LTE network support, including the 800 MHz (B20) frequency, and it has all European languages.
Just like with the predecessors, the Xiaomi Mi A3 is a smartphone of the Android One project – an affordable smartphone with clean Android and direct support from Google. That means Mi A3 owners can enjoy updates to the latest Android versions, which will reach them among the first on the market.
