If you also have on your wrist a popular fitness gadget called Xiaomi Mi Band 4, it’s time to pay closer attention. The Chinese manufacturer is currently distributing a new software update that, within the watch environment, will also bring an extra feature.
The label for the new software version is 1.0.7.04.
Software update
After a few months of selling, a new software update brings an extra feature in the form of the ability to set the time for the display to turn off. Users will therefore get, directly in the settings, several options for customizing that time. The available time interval is 5 – 10 seconds.
A similar feature can also be seen on the smartwatches from Amazfit, which share the same manufacturer with the Mi Band bands — the Chinese company Huami. In addition to the aforementioned improvement, Xiaomi will also offer after the update an updated list of watch face designs, as well as improved swimming monitoring.
The first country where the firmware update appeared was Turkey. Other European countries should receive the update in the coming days as well. If you haven’t gotten the new update yet, it’s likely it will happen soon.
