You only have about half an hour to pay. There’s a countdown on the Confirm to pay button — when it runs out, the order is canceled and you have to create it again. So enter the coupon before you start paying.

Another scooter from the Mi lineup

As many of you probably know, Xiaomi is behind the beginning of the era of electric scooters—and their Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter M365 kicked it all off. Now the manufacturer is coming with a new model aimed at less demanding riders.

The biggest upgrade happened in the scooter’s construction and design. There’s also a new indicator that lights up when the device detects an automatic fault.

On the display, you can monitor your speed in real time, the remaining battery percentage, and other similar instant information.

Low weight and keeping compact dimensions

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the new model is relatively light. It weighs 12.5 kg and can carry a person with a maximum weight of 100 kg.

The materials used include an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, which makes the Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Essential Lite a pretty durable companion.

You’ll also be pleased with the presence of 8,5-inch wheels with a durable surface that, allegedly, won’t wear out quickly.

The device also comes with a dual braking system, offering braking via reverse motor drive, as well as battery recuperation during braking.

The battery itself has a capacity of 5100 mAh (187 Wh), and according to the manufacturer it should guarantee up to 20 km. Compared to the original scooter model, this is a downgrade—which surprises us. The motor has the standard 250 W power, and the scooter can handle a 10-level incline.

In the Mi Home app, you can also view various information about your ride, including the option to update the scooter’s firmware. You’ll also find guides for beginners here.

The Mi Electric Scooter Essential Lite also features a folding design, anti-slip tread, and other safety elements.
