The Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet series has been in the works for a while now. The latest news suggests that a better-equipped version, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, will feature a battery with remarkable specs. What will its capacity and maximum supported charging power be? These are the expected technical specifications.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will be a heavily packed pro tablet
The flagship tablet from Xiaomi will impress mainly with its battery. It will have a capacity of up to 10 000 mAh. Another feature that not every tablet can boast is support for fast 120 W charging.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 series will be unveiled together with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone during the second quarter of this year. Even though a few weeks still separate us from the unveiling, several tablet parameters with the “Pro” label have already surfaced.
Attention will be drawn to a 10-inch LCD display with a slightly unconventional resolution of 1480 x 2367 pixels. The refresh rate of this panel should reach up to 144 Hz. The chipset used is labeled as “SM8550” and it is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
On the back there will be two cameras – a primary one and a depth-sensing module. Of course, you also won’t be missing a camera up front for taking occasional “selfies” or for video calls.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro will certainly have a solid dose of performance, but its most prominent feature will undoubtedly be battery life and support for very fast charging. It will be a professional device that won’t let the user down, for example even during long trips without access to a charger.
For now, we just have to wait for the unveiling, which will take place in its home country China in the second quarter of 2024. We know that the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet series will also go to sellers in the global market, which really makes us happy.
