Electric Xiaomi vehicle in real traffic
Xiaomi is getting ready for the arrival of its electric vehicles, and in connection with that it recently shared renders of the SU7, SU7 Pro, and SU7 Max. These images gave us an initial look at the design of these vehicles. However, the footage was taken indoors, digitally edited, and the vehicle was camouflaged. Until today.
An electric vehicle from Xiaomi appeared on the roads without any camouflage. A short video—just 6 seconds long—probably captures the model SU7 in real life for the first time. The SU7 marking on the vehicle’s license plate, which appears green, is clearly readable, and the overall design signature of the car looks much better than in the previous photos. However, the shot doesn’t show the car from the front.
As we already know from earlier leak information, Xiaomi’s first lineup of electric vehicles will consist of three models. Serial production and the release date for at least one of them have been set for the first half of the upcoming year 2024.
According to available information, the company is trying to keep the price of the vehicle—available with one and also with two motors—at around €38,000. The final sales price, however, hasn’t been confirmed yet.
