POCO F4 GT will be this brand’s first gaming smartphone, and we’ll get to see it tomorrow at 14:00 at the upcoming conference. Just a day before the unveiling, the complete specs of this smartphone were revealed.
We have complete specifications
Full device specifications for the POCO F4 GT have been revealed on the Winfuture.de portal. Additionally, the report includes a render of the upcoming smartphone.
The design isn’t that different from its template, the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, but POCO didn’t hold back on its iconic yellow color variant.
POCO will use Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protective glass, as well as gaming mechanical buttons with the option to lock them. POCO F4 GT will be available in three colors: Cyber Yellow, Knight Silver, and Stealth Black.
On the front, there’s a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The phone should also have a front 16-megapixel selfie camera hidden in a small punch-hole.
Inside, there’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, so it’s the most powerful thing the company can build. It will work with 8 to 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of internal storage.
Cameras and fast charging will stand out
On the back, we expect a trio of lenses—of which the primary one will be the 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 camera. However, the leaks don’t say anything about the other lenses, but following the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, it should use an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
A 4,700 mAh battery will charge extremely fast with 120W charging. We estimate the charging time at around 18 minutes. Also expected is Android 12 with the MIUI 13 overlay.
This won’t be the only new thing
As we already know, this smartphone won’t be the only new product at tomorrow’s conference. POCO is also planning to launch its first smartwatches, the POCO Watch, as well as the wireless POCO Buds earbuds.
However, we don’t have any information regarding the prices of this trio of new products. Make sure to follow our website, and right after the presentation you can look forward to our detailed article with all specs and prices.
