On March / března 27, 2020, the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi will present its flagship models Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro in a global version as well. However, we may have to wait for at least one more device from the tenth Mi lineup. It should be a device labeled Xiaomi Mi 10 S, with a exceptionally large display diagonal being its main highlight.
Bigger display and 1440p resolution
New leaks of information come from China and suggest the arrival of a device labeled Xiaomi Mi 10 S, which will feature an even larger display compared to the flagship Mi 10 or Mi 10 Pro models. But the display won’t just be bigger—it should also be sharper. Its sharpness should rise to 1440p.

Although this reported info looks non-standard, the Mi 10 comes with up to a 6.67” display. If the “S” version offers an even bigger panel, we could get close to a 7.1” panel that was used in the current gaming smartphone Black Shark 3 Pro, which also belongs to Xiaomi’s ecosystem.

Another thing that could repeat is the situation with the chipset used. The Mi 9 Pro offered last year, compared to the standard flagship, processor upgrades. In this case too, we could theoretically see an updated processor labeled Snapdragon 865 Plus.
Qualcomm hasn’t officially introduced it, but it’s not out of the question that it could happen in the second half of the year 2020. Still, these are unconfirmed pieces of information with no official statements from the manufacturer. So more time will be needed to confirm or refute these claims.

For now, we have to make do with a global presentation of the flagship devices Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro or with the official launch of a new Redmi smartphone labeled Redmi Note 9 Pro. This presentation will take place on 12. March / March 2020. Follow the portal Xiaomi Planet and learn more.
