According to analysts at IDC, phone memory is about 350 % more expensive than last year, so new smartphones either get more expensive or ship with less RAM and storage. POCO F7 Pro goes the other way. The version with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage cost at launch in March 2025 in Europe 649 € and today you can buy it with our coupon from a Spanish warehouse for 394 €. Plus you get a flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a 2K display—one even newer than doesn’t get on the F8 Pro or this year’s F9 Pro.
Why is 512 GB in a phone so expensive today
Chip makers moved a large part of production to server memory for artificial intelligence. According to TrendForce, DRAM contract prices increased in Q2 2026 by 80% and in Q3 by another 40%. Counterpoint calculated that in cheaper phones, memory already makes up 43% of the price of all components. We broke it down in detail in the article about the biggest smartphone market crash.
You can see it in POCO pricing too. This year’s POCO F9 Pro in the 12 + 512 GB version costs 635 € in our price box, and last year’s F8 Pro with the same memory 463 €. F7 Pro, meanwhile, has the same fast LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage as both of its successors.
512 GB from the Spanish warehouse, with no customs duty and within a week
On DHgate, POCO F7 Pro is sold by the seller mi_fans_store with 99.7 % positive ratings from over 19 000 orders. The phone itself has 304 reviews from buyers and 302 of them are five-star. The phone is in the global version with Slovak language, Google services and NFC payments, and the seller includes a two-year warranty. As of 3. November, it still had 44 units in the Spanish warehouse in all colors and memory versions. You won’t get a charger in the box—there’s only a USB-C cable—and you can also pay via Google Pay directly in euros.

Peter had it at home in three days
Peter from our Facebook group ordered the F7 Pro with 512 GB in July 2025 for 418 €. He ordered it on Sunday and on Wednesday the courier delivered the phone from the Spanish warehouse. Since it was his first time buying like this, before paying he messaged us on Messenger, and according to him in Slovakia he would have paid at least a hundred more for the same phone.
Back then the box also included a charger, which Peter liked the most. Today, according to the seller, they don’t include it due to EU rules, so count on an adapter you already have at home, or buy one that supports 90 W HyperCharge.
Sharper display than on its successors
The F7 Pro has a 6.67-inch AMOLED with a 3200 × 1440 pixel resolution and 526 ppi. The newer F8 Pro and F9 Pro only have 2510 × 1156 pixels, so text, maps and photos are a bit sharper on the older model. The F9 Pro has a faster panel with 185 Hz and up to 4 500 nits brightness, while the F7 Pro does 120 Hz and up to 3 200 nits at peak.
The panel displays 12-bit colors and supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, so you can watch Netflix movies or YouTube videos in HDR. Under the display there’s an ultrasonic fingerprint reader that unlocks more reliably than optical, and Gorilla Glass 7i protects it from scratches.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 can still handle demanding games
Performance is handled by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, a 4nm chip that in 2024 powered the most expensive Samsung phones and Xiaomi devices too. The newer Snapdragon 8 Elite in the F8 Pro is faster, but the F7 Pro can also run demanding games at high detail settings and thanks to 12 GB RAM it keeps dozens of open apps in memory.
Heat during longer gaming is handled by LiquidCool 4.0 cooling with a surface area of 5 400 mm². POCO has promised four major Android updates and six years of security patches for this phone since launch, so support should last roughly until spring 2031.
Two-day battery, though don’t expect a telephoto lens
The battery is 6 000 mAh and with lighter use it can last up to two days as well. You charge it with a 90 W cable, and with the right adapter you’ll reach 100% in about 37 minutes.
At a lower price, you have to count on compromises. The F7 Pro doesn’t have a telephoto lens like the F8 Pro did, and next to the 50 Mpx main camera with optical stabilization there’s only a 8 Mpx ultra-wide lens—where details drop off in low light. Wireless charging is also missing, but the body with a weight of 206 g has a metal frame and IP68 resistance.
