Ordered on Tuesday, unboxed the phone already on Friday. Reader Marcel bought the POCO X8 Pro Max with our coupon, and found the original 100 W Xiaomi charger in the box. The same phone from a Slovak store doesn’t include it and costs at least €70 more.
Marcel shared his purchase experience in our Facebook group. The 3-day delivery was, according to him, fast—and the charger included in the box surprised him. He’s not the only one: Kapo, another member of the group, confirmed a 100 W charger in the package in another post; he probably just waited a couple of extra days because of the weekend. Same phone, different box
Marcel received the global version with Slovak and Czech languages. The software is the same as the one from the Slovak store. The only difference is the packaging. According to Alza, the Slovak box includes the phone, a USB-C cable, a manual, and a SIM pin. The plug adapter for the wall socket isn’t included.
In Marcel’s box, next to the cable, there was a white adapter labeled 100 W. It has a European plug, so you don’t even need a plug adapter. In the second photo above, you can also see it still in the protective film.
How much do you save?
On Heureka, at the time of publishing this article (15. 10.), the 12 + 256 GB version is sold from €479. With our coupon, you can get it for under €430—about €50 cheaper. For 12 + 512 GB, it’s similar: Heureka from €499, Alza €525, and with our coupon under €450.

From Tuesday to Friday
The phone didn’t fly in from China. The seller mi_fans_store shipped it from a Spanish warehouse, shipping was free and no customs duty was paid. The seller promises delivery within 5 days, and Marcel had the package at home 2 days early.
You pay through DHgate, which already supports Google Pay and direct payments in euros. You can also use Revolut or Wise cards. We do not recommend paying with a standard VISA card; it almost always fails there.
Why 100 W specifically?
The POCO X8 Pro Max has a 8500 mAh battery. With 100 W HyperCharge, according to the manufacturer, you can charge it to 50% in about 24 minutes. A weaker adapter you have at home from your old phone won’t handle that.
If you buy the Slovak version and you don’t have a 100 W adapter at home, you’ll only be able to use fast charging once you buy one separately. With the charger in the box, you can charge at full speed from day one.
Warranty and our VIP support
The warranty is 2 years, but you won’t take a warranty claim to a store. You handle the claim with the seller through DHgate.
