The expected new product Redmi K70 Ultra has been officially unveiled. With it, we also got the reveal of a special edition created in collaboration with the automaker Lamborghini. The phone can impress with an outstanding price-to-performance ratio. Redmi K70 Ultra will also be available on the global market under the name Xiaomi 14T Pro. Redmi K70 Ultra improves the design

Let’s start with the design. Compared to its predecessor, the Redmi K60 Ultra, the new model is quite different. We’ve got minimalist and, at first glance, very symmetrical bezels around the display. The bottom frame is only 1.9 mm thick. The back also features a new, modernized design, achieved by mounting glossy glass on the top part. Here you’ll find the individual camera lenses and an LED flash.

The OLED display has a 6.67-inch diagonal and is protected by Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass. By the way, this is the first model in the Redmi series to feature this glass. The screen offers a resolution of 1220 x 2712 px, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and it also supports ultra-fast 3840 Hz PWM dimming. The panel’s maximum brightness is 1600 nits (HBM). The peak brightness reaches up to 4000 nits.

The sides of the device are made from high-quality aluminum alloy. With dimensions of 160,38 x 75,14 × 8,39 mm and a weight of 211 grams, the Redmi K70 Ultra aims to impress even users who are looking for a premium-built smartphone. The new model’s construction is protected against dust and water according to the IP68 certification.

Top performance and a full charge in 20 minutes

Premium features aren’t just in the build quality—they’re also inside the device itself. Power is handled by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+. There’s also a 12 nm D1 chip built in, designed for unmatched gaming performance. You get up to 24 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage of the UFS 4.0 type, in the case of the special Lamborghini Edition.

With such powerful hardware, effective cooling is essential. The manufacturer has implemented a 3D cooling system, so you can play demanding games on the phone for several hours without significant overheating. To give you an idea of how powerful the new Redmi K70 Ultra is: in the AnTuTu Benchmark, it reportedly scores up to 2 382 780 points, which quite possibly puts it right at the very top of the ranking.

As for the camera setup, the new device comes with a trio of sensors. 50 MP primary, 1/1,56″ sensor Sony IMX906, is characterized by pixel size of 1 μm. To deliver fast charging, Xiaomi has developed the second generation of its charging-control chip, Pengpai P2.

It supports 120 W fast wired charging. The battery capacity is 5500 mAh, and it can be topped up in just 20 minutes. Strong connectivity with an intensive signal reception is handled by the Pengpai T1 chip, which strengthens Wi‑Fi reception by 12%, GPS signal reception by 20%, and the omni-directional 5G Wi‑Fi performance will show up to a 58% improvement.

Redmi K70 Ultra is available in the colorful finishes “Ice Glass” – blue, “Ink Feather” – black, and “Clear Snow” – white. It will also be available on the global market under the name Xiaomi 14T Pro, and it’s said to arrive along with the global version of the foldable “clamshell” Xiaomi MIX Flip. The prices for the Chinese market for each memory configuration and the Lamborghini Edition are as follows:
