Redmi, as a sub-brand of Chinese Xiaomi, keeps surprising you, and brings a new massive smart TV to the Chinese market under the Redmi Max 100 (2025). As the name suggests, you can look forward to a massive 100″ screen size and a high refresh rate of 144 Hz.

Redmi Max 100 (2025): a 100″ panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate

Xiaomi brings another generation of its giant smart TV under the Redmi sub-brand. It has appeared on the Chinese market alongside new products, such as the smartphone Redmi Turbo 3 or the new tablet Redmi Pad Pro, together with accessories.

Redmi TV will round out the lineup of huge models, such as the Redmi 86″ or the Xiaomi TV S85 with a Mini LED panel. It also stands out with a wide range of built-in features, including a 240 Hz gaming mode, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ for less than €1,200.

HyperOS operating system and gaming mode at 240 Hz

Let’s move on to the technical specs. The display itself measures 100″ (254 cm), comes with slim black bezels, and offers 4K resolution with a high refresh rate of 144 Hz. In the special gaming mode, it can deliver the aforementioned 240 Hz response.

Gamers are one of the target groups for this TV. Max brightness tops out at 700 nits, and it also includes support for high-contrast Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and the Dolby Atmos standard.

Power is handled by a quad-core processor with Cortex-A73 cores, paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. For the operating system, Xiaomi relies on its own HyperOS, which also covers smart functionality, including built-in apps optimized for TV use.

The Redmi Max 100 (2025) also comes with rich connectivity: one HDMI 2.1, up to three HDMI ports in total, two USB ports, and LAN. It also supports Wi‑Fi 6 and includes two 15 W speakers.

Price and availability of the new Redmi smart TV

The new smart TV Redmi Max 100 (2025) will start selling in the coming days, but it will be available exclusively in China. Details about availability in Europe are not known yet. However, we don’t expect shipment of a product this large anytime soon.

However, the interesting part is the Chinese selling price. It’s very friendly for a wide range of customers and has stopped at just 8999 Chinese yuan. According to the current conversion, that’s about €1150.
