As we all know, sports and movement in general are an inseparable part of our lives and are undeniably beneficial to it. Often, you can’t go out into nature or to the gym, whether due to time constraints or other reasons.

That’s why we often look for suitable sports equipment that would help us enjoy a quality workout at home. Xiaomi now brings high-quality and intelligent stationary bikes: XQIAO Q200 and Q200X

Smart stationary bikes

The XQIAO company, a manufacturer of sports equipment, now brings two models of intelligent stationary bikes in cooperation with Xiaomi: XQIAO Q200 and XQIAO Q200X. Essentially, it’s the same devices—only the Q200X model also has a great display and the option for higher resistance while pedaling.

With the XQIAO Q200 model, the manufacturer thought of everything

The XQIAO Q200 stationary bike measures 1136 x 572 x 1107 mm and weighs 41.7 kg. In the front, there are two small wheels to make it easier to handle the machine. Otherwise, the device has the look of a classic stationary bike.

In front, under the handlebars, there’s a transmission with magnetic resistance, whose intensity can be adjusted. The resistance intensity can be easily decreased and increased—even during your workout.

A large red control knob is positioned within arm’s reach under the handlebars. On the Q200 model, the resistance intensity can be set up to a load of 37.2 kg.

The connection from the pedals to the magnetic rotor is handled by a durable rubber belt. The pedals are coated with a rubber layer to prevent your foot from slipping. During training, you can stand or sit. The seat has an opening in the middle and you can adjust both its height and horizontal position by moving it forward and backward.

You can pair the bike with a mobile phone via the Bluetooth interface. In the app, users can monitor and evaluate training data. The bike is designed for athletes with a height of from 150 cm to 190 cm and a weight of up to 110 kg.

Model Q200X has a great display

The XQIAO Q200X stationary bike measures 1136 x 572 x 1370 mm and weighs 44 kg. The specs only increased because this model additionally has a great 15.6-inch display.

On this touchscreen with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, the trainee can use the Xiao Qiao app to follow a coach live, who will guide their workout. With WiFi connectivity, they can directly share training data.

Of course, you can watch your workout data right on the display or share it live with friends who are working out on the same machine at that moment. Thanks to these features, you can even do a joint race.

Does that sound far-fetched? Well, these days it’s just like that—on social media we share anything. In this case, you’re also doing something good for your body.

The Q200X model differs from the Q200 with the added option of higher resistance while pedaling. This can be adjusted up to a load of 39.4 kg. The other specifications remain unchanged.

Affordable prices, as befits Xiaomi

Both models of the stationary bikes are available in the Xiaomi Youpin store—so for now, only for residents of China. The Q200 sells for 1499 yuan, which is about €190 / 4909 CZK. The Q200X model with a display is listed for 2499 yuan, which after conversion is about €317 / 8190 CZK.

These prices are more than appealing. For now, it’s unclear whether we’ll see these awesome and budget-friendly e-bikes on the global market as well. Still, it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on.
