The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi is preparing its new product under the name CIVI. According to available information, it should be the most beautiful smartphone of 2021, which is definitely a bold claim. We in the editorial team are already curious about the presentation of this product. And what about you?
New Xiaomi CIVI series
For the past few days, leaks about the Xiaomi CIVI device have been appearing online. It is precisely the CIVI that should be the new name for the smartphone that will replace the well-known Xiaomi CC series. The premiere of this device will take place as early as September 27, 2021, exclusively for the Chinese market.
Besides the numerous information leaks, we finally also have official information available about the arrival of this new smartphone. It should be unveiled next Monday already, and this is what it will look like:
Will it be the most beautiful smartphone of this year?
After the manufacturer officially announced the press conference, several sources, including the popular Ice Universe profile, boldly claimed that it would be a so-called “most beautiful smartphone” from the Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi. Based on the official photos that Xiaomi has already managed to publish, we can confirm this.
What’s behind these announcements? Probably it’s an emphasis on aesthetics and also a reduction in the final device thickness. The weight of the new Xiaomi CIVI will be only 169 grams, and the construction will be just 6.98 mm thick. Xiaomi has also officially published these figures on its Weibo profile.
Besides that, everything suggests that Xiaomi CIVI the smartphone will be aimed at mobile photography and social media fans. The equipment should include as many as 108 MPx a main camera, and an adequately powerful processor—so far unspecified—will be provided by a chip from Taiwan-based company MediaTek.
