Xiaomi brings another gaming monitor to the European market that will once again clearly catch your attention—thanks not only to its large, 30-inch curved display. Other specifications are also truly top-tier. Let’s take a closer look.
Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor 30″, as the official name goes, is based on the Chinese model Redmi Curved Monitor 30″, which was introduced a while ago.
Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor 30″ for gaming with a 200 Hz refresh rate
One of the most important specifications for PC gamers is the monitor’s refresh rate. Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor 30″ boasts a smooth 200 Hz refresh rate.
The aspect ratio is very wide, at 21:9. For a more natural viewing experience in terms of the human eye’s field of view, Xiaomi opted for a curved panel. It didn’t compromise on image quality, though.
The new model supports content display with 99% sRGB coverage. It supports displaying 16.7 million colors. The contrast is rated at 3000:1, so you can enjoy true-to-life dark and bright colors.
Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor 30″ also comes with TÜV Rheinland certification, so the screen will be gentle on your eyes. The amount of produced blue light is at a low level.
Another key piece of information for gamers is the presence of Adaptive Sync technology. That’s why you’ll be pleased to know the monitor also supports AMD FreeSync.
With the DC dimming function, your eyes won’t be bothered by any unpleasant flickering that you often find in some cheaper monitor models. The panel resolution is 2560 x 1080 pixels.
So even if you don’t own the most powerful graphics card, but you still want a perfect gaming experience, this monitor will make it possible. 1080p gaming is very likely currently one of the most popular choices.
From an aesthetic point of view, you’ll appreciate the thin bezels around the display, as well as low latency of 4 milliseconds, which is crucial for using your fast reflexes on the virtual battlefield.
An adjustable tilt will also help you create your own comfortable setup zone. On the back of the new Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor 30″ you’ll find a power port, 2x HDMI, and 1x DisplayPort — with which you can use it to the fullest.
We also can’t forget the 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting wired headphones. Finally, we’ll add that the monitor’s maximum power consumption is 48 W. Pricing for the European market hasn’t been announced yet, but we estimate it will be around 400 €.
