After a long time, a new kitchen faucet from the DiiiB brand

The kitchen faucet is sold in a design made of 304 stainless steel. This kind of design fits in with most households.

Its biggest advantage is three water flow modes – a classic direct stream, a flow that creates a nice pattern suitable for rinsing fruit, and powerful splashing through two openings for washing dirty dishes. Switching between these modes is possible using buttons on the spout.

The faucet can be rotated a full 360°. A special feature is the pull-out shower. From the faucet body, you can pull out the head and handle it within up to 32 cm. The valve is properly sealed to prevent unwanted water leaks.

The entire product body is made with very high quality and allows easy handling, rotating, and controlling the intensity and temperature of the flowing water. The product dimensions are 415 x 272 x 104 mm, and the weight is 1.4 kg.

How do you connect it to the water, and what does installation involve?

This is information that’s missing in the Chinese description, yet when buying a faucet from AliExpress, this is what everyone cares about the most. Connection is completely standard. In the package, you’ll find two braided inlet hoses for hot and cold water. One end has a sealing O-ring and is screwed directly into the faucet body; the other end is finished with a classic 1/2″ compression nut, which you screw onto a standard corner shut-off valve under the sink. Exactly the kind we have in Slovak and Czech households. No extra parts needed and no modifications.

An enhanced concern that “the Chinese have different threads” doesn’t apply to complete faucet/ sink tap sets. The Chinese “four” thread used there on the cartridges is G1/2 according to ISO 228 – i.e., exactly the same one we have in Europe.

A different thread system (NPT) is only for the US market. Just watch out when buying parts separately—if you order only a replacement pull-out nozzle or showerhead from Aliexpress and want to screw it onto your European tap kit, the threads can indeed differ. With the full kit that comes with its own hoses, this problem won’t happen.

The installation itself is single-hole. The threaded shank under the faucet body passes through the cut-out in the sink or worktop, and from below it’s tightened using the included nut with a metal crescent-shaped washer. The faucet base has a diameter of 54 mm, so it reliably covers even a standard 35 mm cut-out. The entire mounting set is included in the package and you can clearly see it in the real customer photos above.

From the other parameters you can find in Chinese documents: the model name is DXCF021, the flow rate according to the Chinese water-efficiency label (GB 25501-2019) is 4.5 l/min, and made of SUS304 steel—not just the body and lever, but also the inlet pipe for both hot and cold water.
